Our OD Approach

At Innotiimi we have developed a concept of Organization Development that draws together certain traditions of thinking for OD purposes. It is illustrated here on an A4-page.

With the above OD approach we search for alternatives to traditional top-down development or change processes.

 

I conduct my work mostly in the following ways:

 

- Leadership development and trainings

 

- Coaching-training and individual/group coaching

 

- Conducting organizational development process

 

- Research as intervention - starting research with the different levels of an organization
